In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium, the successful candidate will be responsible of the following main activities: /p /brul /brlisupport the implementation of the new accounting software Ad Hoc revolution web; /li /brliensure financial accuracy and compliance while tracking the financial data through detailed records and reports; /li /brlireconciling general ledgers and bank statements; /li /brlisupport the preparation of the financial statements for management, and tax reporting; /li /brliensuring compliance with local, provincial and national regulations; /li /brlisupport the forecasting cash flow; /li /brlimaintaining and updating CERIC budget and bookkeeping records; /li /brlisupport the financial reporting of all the funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications and other requirements /h3 /brul /brliUniversity degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent. /li /brliExperience in accounting for a minimum period of 8 years. /li /brliGood knowledge of the accounting software Zucchetti “Ad Hoc” or “Ad hoc revolution web”. /li /brliGood knowledge of the Italian fiscal rules. /li /brliGood knowledge of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. /li /brliExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite. /li /br /ul /brh3Competences considered a plus /h3 /brul /brliEager to help others; /li /brliFriendly, cheerful, positive and self-driven; /li /brliStrong work ethic; /li /brliKeen to learn,
