Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager in Italy to lead a team responsible for creating functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions for the IKEA brand in the local market.
You will guide the showroom design, translate customer insights into practical concepts, and drive initiatives that strengthen the IKEA identity while collaborating with Communications and other functions. Proficiency in English is required; Italian is preferred.
