CFO / FINANCE DIRECTOR | MILAN

€110K–€140K + MBO + Executive Benefits For an international organisation entering a new phase of growth and transformation, we are looking for a CFO / Finance Director capable of combining financial leadership, business vision and the ability to challenge decisions at Board level.

This is not simply a Finance role.

It is a seat at the table where the next chapter of the business will be decided.

THE CHALLENGE The successful candidate will take ownership of the Finance function and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities will include

- leading Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury and Planning activities;
- driving budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning;
- translating financial data into actionable business decisions;
- supporting the CEO and Board on strategic investments and growth initiatives;
- strengthening management control systems, KPIs and performance governance;
- leading cash flow, working capital and financial risk management;
- overseeing statutory reporting, audit and compliance;
- supporting M&A;, business development and transformation projects where relevant;
- developing and mentoring a high-performing Finance team;
- creating a strong connection between Finance, Operations and Commercial functions.

THE PROFILE We are interested in meeting senior Finance leaders with:
- significant experience as CFO,



Finance Director or Head of Finance within complex organisations;
- strong exposure to international or multinational environments;
- proven leadership of sizeable Finance teams;
- excellent understanding of P&L;, cash flow, controlling and corporate finance;
- ability to operate confidently with CEOs, Boards, investors and senior stakeholders;
- strong business acumen beyond the traditional Finance perimeter;
- fluent English;
- an analytical mindset combined with pragmatism, speed and decision-making capability.
