**Key Responsibilities**: - Plan, design and implement user studies, conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas;
- Create high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing and easy to use;
- Partnering with product, engineering, and research to ensure design deliverables are well-aligned to high-level strategy;
- Facilitate product design from concepts and storyboards to mockups and prototypes;
- Ensure designs are implemented correctly by working closely with developers;
- Coach other designers and colleagues. **Skills**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in the role;
- Minimum 1 video game published;
- Gaming workflow or other highly complex product design experience;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite;




- Knowledge of UX best practices, design thinking, and user-centered design;
- Strong portfolio showing process and results;
- Planning and facilitating successful design workshops;
- Producing user journeys, wire flows and mockups;
