In this role you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the future-state distribution and transportation network within a global Med Tech supply chain. You will work with regional and global teams to drive a multi-workstream transformation, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of network changes. The position offers high visibility across functions and regions, with a focus on readiness, governance, and continuous improvement.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions Manage multiple interrelated sub-projects in parallel with a focus on milestones and timelines Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with timely escalation and resolution Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of systems, processes, and 3 PL-related activities Support site transition activities including cutover planning and stabilization (hyper care) Ensure alignment with standards, timelines, and future-state network objectives Facilitate alignment and decision visibility across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management,



and regional teams Prepare governance updates with progress, risks, and key decisions Maintain documentation of transition activities and lessons learned to support future deployments Support management of interdependencies between network projects and broader transformation initiatives Bachelor's degree required 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs Proven experience leading complex, high-visibility projects in a regional or global matrix environment Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and levels Experience managing complex project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance Experience driving operational transitions and large-scale transformation initiatives Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations (warehouse and transportation) Proficiency with project planning, reporting, and governance tools; strong communication in a matrix organization Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and work under pressure Med Tech experience and multilingual ability are advantages In this role you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the future-state distribution and transportation network within a gl...
