empowering them to manage their products independently and drive sales
- Provide support with Salesforce Cases, offering suppliers the necessary materials and guidance
- Onboarding new suppliers, teaching them how to use our business platform effectively
- Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Customer Care, Tech Support, and Supply Management as well as external stakeholders, including suppliers and API providers
- You will coordinate with BI, Supply Management teams, and the Offer Content Excellence area to collect data and support the implementation of best practices
- Able to provide support on over 20,000 products to ensure they are up to date and have availability **ABOUT YOU**: - Excellent knowledge of internal systems and understanding of content management and curation
- Highly organised, methodical and target driven
