- British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a EHS Internship in Trieste
- This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting and enhancing the company’s internal Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) management system, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a strong safety culture. The intern will participate in site operation reviews, contribute to risk analysis, and support the development of training materials and procedures. The role aims to develop practical skills in data analysis, regulatory monitoring, and continuous improvement in an industrial environment.
- Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the development and optimization of the internal EHS management system in accordance with corporate standards.
- Assisting in site inspections and operational reviews to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitoring EHS metrics and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assisting in the preparation of EHS procedures and training documentation.
- What are we looking for?
- Enrollment in a university program in a scientific, geo-biological, or engineering discipline.
- Interest in health, safety, and environmental topics within an industrial context with basic knowledge of EHS regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail,



excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
