Head of Category Management, Smart Build The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid. Global Procurement Specialist role is created to support the procurement organization in first 1-2 year during maternity leave of one colleague, with opportunity for long term extension afterwards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Supports development and ensures implementation of procurement strategies for areas such as: direct and raw materials categories (Plastics / Metals), strategic sourcing, finance, risk management, supply base management, and sustainability - in close collaboration with global category leader.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of procurement standards, tools, and processes in the global organization. (e.g.: Procure2Pay, RFQ and offers analysis and evaluation, suppliers’ development and evaluation, etc.)
- Supports development and execution of procurement initiatives in line with ELSB division and Business Lines priorities. (e.g.: Market and suppliers’ conditions evaluation, supporting the process of negotiations,



Dual Sourcing, Key Projects, Sustainability with focus on Product Carbon Footprint emissions mapping and reduction, etc.)
- Facilitates the implementation of annual targets and scorecards, in collaboration with the global/division Procurement Managers for cost reduction, supplier delivery performance, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), etc.
- Implements cost, productivity, quality, delivery, and inventory improvement plans in line with global organization strategies.
- Ensures clear and transparent communication internally, externally, and between different organizations. **Qualifications**: - Minimum Bachelor (preferred Masters) in: Economics OR Business and Administration OR Engineering.
- 2-5 years’ experience in procurement / sourcing / (planning & fulfillment as additional asset).
- Budget & Performance Management (e.g.: spend analysis, cost structure to the level of total cost of ownership, suppliers’ performance evaluation)
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Supply Chain Management (e.g.: flow of goods and value add creation)
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Understanding of contractual conditions (incl. global supply terms and conditions)
- Power BI reports and dashboards creation in Power BI Desktop App.
