To support that challenge, we're looking for a: Procurement Specialist The Role Reportingtothe Global Natural Extracts&Biostimulants; Procurement Lead,the Procurement Specialistwill contributetotheeffectivemanagementofprocurementactivitiesinlinewithbusinessstrategy,qualitystandardsandefficiencytargets.

Therolewillplayanimportantpartintheglobalimplementationofthenew SAPS/4 HANAsystem,helpingoptimisepurchasingprocessesandpromotesustainable,compliantoperationsacrosstheorganisation. Thisisavaluableopportunitytoworkinaninternationalenvironmentonahigh-impacttransformationinitiative.

Key Responsibilities Managesupplierrelationshipsfromscoutingandqualificationthroughtopurchaseorderissuance,monitoringefficiencyandcompliance.



Supportsuppliernegotiationsandallocatepurchasingrequirementstothemostappropriatesuppliers. Monitortenderprocesses,preparebidanalysesandcontributetosupplier-selectionmeetings.

Workcloselywith

Purchasingandotherrelevantfunctionstoidentifyandcommunicatesupplyissuesthatmayaffectbusinessoperations.

Supportthe Global Natural

Extracts&Biostimulants; Procurement Leadininvestmentandotherstrategicprojects.

Collaboratewiththe Legal

Departmentindefiningsupplycontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcompanypoliciesandstandards. Monitorsupplierperformance,includingpost-contractperformance. Provideguidancetointernalstakeholdersonprocurementprocesses,proceduresandeffectiveapproachestocomplexissues.

Who We Are Looking For 2/3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,ideallyin Procurement, Supply Chainorrolessupportingcomplexprojects. Stronginterestinpurchasingprocesses,operationalexcellenceandsustainability. Proactive,results-orientedmindsetandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyindynamic,cross-functionalenvironments.

Goodknowledgeof Microsoft Office

Suite;familiaritywith ERPsystems,particularly SAP,isanadvantage. Knowledgeofcompanysystemsandwaysofworkingwillbeconsideredaplus.
