Our Physical
Therapists play a vital role in helping the people we serve build strength, mobility, and independence. Educate individuals, families, and team members on treatment plans, therapy methods, injury prevention, positioning, range of motion, and more. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals ensuring alignment with each Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Support departmental operations, including equipment needs, adaptation, and orientation of new staff.
Participate in agency-wide initiatives that advance our mission and enhance the well-being of the people we serve.
