This position is **full-time** and **unlimited**. **What you can expect in this role**: - Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops.
- Implement new production techniques
- Implement high quality assurance measures
- Area responsibility for a dedicated production region
- Support all activities related the sugar beet seed
production (nurseries included), cereals and other
projects




- Ensure production stability on a high marketable level
(germination and purity)
- Seed production results on stable level for yield
and high-quality
- Implementation of good production techniques and
new technologies **What you bring in**: - Residing in Forlì or willing to relocate
- Technician qualification in agriculture
- Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in seed production
- Fluent in Italian, intermediate English
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions
