The experiences that will shape your HR journey
- Support the HR team in the main parts of the hiring process
- Support in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth welcome for new joiners
- Collaborate on organizing team-building initiatives and company events
- Help in the preparation and coordination of training sessions and internal workshops
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to ongoing HR projects
- You’ll be a good fit if you




- Are pursuing or have completed a degree in HR or related Humanities fields (a Master in HR Management is a plus)
- Are fluent in Italian and have a good command of English (written and spoken)
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Are confident with digital tools and social media (LinkedIn knowledge is a plus)
- Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn
