Prada Group in Arezzo is seeking a Functional Analyst to join the Group Information Technology Department. You will collect requirements, draft specifications, and support both maintenance and evolution of several applications used across Retail, Industrial and Real Estate functions.
You will coordinate with external development partners, manage testing, and support UAT and release cycles. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Apps is valued, as is ServiceNow ticketing experience.
