**Junior Project Manager - GCC Expansion** **Location: Naples, Italy** **Company: Ambrogio** **Industry: Food Distribution & Marketplace Expansion** **Who We Are** Ambrogio is a fast-growing omnichannel food platform expanding Italian products across the GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar and beyond). We combine marketplace execution, B2B Ho.Re.Ca. distribution, and digital growth strategies to scale internationally. We are building something big — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. **The Role** We are hiring a **Junior Project Manager** to coordinate the onboarding and launch of Ambrogio products in GCC markets. This is not a back-office job. You will be at the center of operations, working directly with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal growth teams to make sure products move from factory to marketplace efficiently and correctly. You will report directly to senior stakeholders and contribute to international expansion projects. **What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to onboard products for GCC markets
- Manage daily communication with suppliers and partners
- Collect and verify documentation required for export and shipment preparation
- Coordinate logistics flows and monitor delivery timelines
- Supervise and validate product uploads across distribution channels (marketplaces & B2B)
- Work with internal teams to support UGC and Social Media Strategy (SSM) development




- Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions **What We’re Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory if highly motivated)
- Strong organizational mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Fluent and professional English (mandatory) - certification required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive, ownership-driven personality
- Availability to travel abroad (GCC region) when required **What You’ll Get**
