The 3PL Manager is responsible for the operational management of third‑party logistics (3PL)



relationships, ensuring that distribution services — warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping — efficiently support the company's B2B, retail, and e‑commerce channels.

5-8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operator management, preferably in fashion/apparel or retail

Direct experience managing tenders or RFPs for logistics services

Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and EDI flows

Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools a plus)

Negotiation skills and experience managing strategic supplier relationships

Fluent in English; a second language (French/German) preferred given multi‑market operations

Willingness to travel

Experience in private equity / value creation contexts, with reporting oriented toward board and financial stakeholders

Knowledge of connected retail / marketplace distribution models (e.g. Zalando Partner Program)
