You'll shape governance, prioritization, and resource planning across global teams, driving on-time delivery within budgets and regulatory timelines. You'll chair the Portfolio Review Committee and partner with CP leadership to optimize portfolio trade-offs and investments. Provide strategic oversight of CP Director, Project Heads and Senior Project Managers, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability for timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
Lead and develop direct reports and teams,



establishing clear accountability and succession planning across CP R&D; project leadership
Oversee portfolio risks, interdependencies, and mitigation to protect timelines and budgets
Guide project teams to proactively resolve barriers ensuring governance commitments are met
Chair PRC governance meetings and prepare executives for reviews and updates
Establish and improve the CP R&D; portfolio operating model, governance cadence, escalation pathways, and standardized practices
Develop executive dashboards and decision materials showing milestones, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate trade-offs, resource constraints, investment priorities, and sequencing
Monitor budgets and resources, providing financial reporting and risk insights to CP R&D; leadership
Facilitate stakeholder alignment through clear communication and regular updates
Ensure regulatory and quality alignment with ISO 13485, EU MDR, CE markin
