HUB Europe Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager (f/m/d)

As HUB Europe SCM Manager, you lead supply chain excellence across the region, shaping strategy and driving performance. You will manage a large, multicultural team and oversee substantial spend while upholding sustainability and supplier standards. Lead HUB sourcing and spend management aligned with global SCM objectives

Drive regional supply chain performance: cost, quality, delivery, and supplier reliability

Sponsor and support Global and Regional Category Teams; collaborate with engineering, project execution, and supply chain

Deliver annual targets for cost reduction, supplier quality, delivery performance, sustainability, and material compliance





Establish transparent stakeholder communication and standardize SCM processes

Promote and utilize digital SCM tools for efficiency, scalability, and synergies

Ensure implementation of sustainability standards, Supplier Code of Conduct, and supplier audits

Develop organizational capability through talent management, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development

Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership in industrial/project‐driven EPC environments

Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and end‐to‐end supply chain operations

Technical understanding of power transmission and distribution technologies (desirable)

Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed, multicultural teams

Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management

International business experience with ability to influence across complex organizations
