Detail‐oriented and customer‐focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem, proactively supporting clients in achieving success on the most suitable KPIs.

You will generate best practices on Customer Success that support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning, and contribute to maximise the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform, exploiting any upsell opportunity on software, devices and services. Guide new customers through onboarding, setup, and training to ensure effective adoption and understanding of the product. Proactively engage with customers through multiple channels to monitor satisfaction, provide support, and collect feedback.

Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver seamless and consistent customer experience.



Monitor usage and adoption data to identify at‐risk accounts and develop proactive retention strategies. Develop customer success plans, training materials, and documentation to support long‐term engagement and product utilization.

Promote customer advocacy by identifying satisfied clients for testimonials, case studies, and referrals, contributing to brand reputation and growth. Passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, and down‐to‐earth with excellent account management, solution selling, strategic thinking, and relationship skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.

English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking. Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities.
