Due to continued growth within their oncology portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to support Phase II–IV studies, with a particular focus on bSolid Tumour Oncology /b.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIndependently manage investigative sites across Northern Italy.
/li liConduct Site Selection, Site Initiation, Monitoring and Close-Out Visits.
/li liEnsure studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
/li liBuild strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
/li liMonitor patient recruitment, data quality and protocol compliance.
/li liReview source documentation and resolve data queries.




/li liSupport study timelines whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
/li liCollaborate closely with Clinical Trial Managers and cross-functional project teams.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum b3 years of independent CRA monitoring experience /b within a CRO, sponsor or biotech environment.
/li liStrong experience monitoring bSolid Tumour Oncology /b clinical trials.
/li liGood understanding of ICH-GCP and European clinical trial regulations.
/li liExperience across Phase II–IV clinical studies is advantageous.
/li liExcellent organisational and communication skills.
/li liAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
/li liFluent Italian and English.
