/p h3HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE /h3 ul liDesign and implement digital adoption strategies to help clients effectively embrace enterprise digital platforms (SAP, Microsoft, Service Now, etc.).
/li liConfigure and manage Digital Adoption Platforms (with a strong focus on WalkMe by SAP DAP) to enhance user experience and accelerate time-to-value.
/li liCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and define targeted improvement initiatives.
/li liCreate in-app guidance (walkthroughs, tooltips, onboarding flows) to support users through key processes.
/li liContribute to consulting projects in complex environments, supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives.
/li liHelp evolve Arsenalia's internal capabilities in digital experience and adoption.
/li liWork closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Technology, Change Management) in dynamic and international contexts.
/li /ul h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liHands-on and advisory experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, with preferred experience in WalkMe by SAP or MyMeta (configuration, deployment, and management).
/li liSolid understanding of digital enablement, user onboarding, and change management practices (e.g. PROSCI).
/li liKnowledge of enterprise digital processes and user adoption dynamics.
/li liExperience working in consulting environments or with enterprise clients.
/li liInterest in innovative digital adoption platform solutions (e.g., WalkMe or similar platforms).
/li liProactive attitude, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.




/li liExperience delivering training or enablement programs for end users.
/li liWillingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments.
/li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
/li /ul h3WHAT WE WOULD CONSIDER A PLUS /h3 ul liPROSCI Change Management certification.
/li liPrevious exposure to UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
/li liExperience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native dashboards) to track user behavior.
/li liKnowledge of BPMN methodologies and ways of working.
/li liBasic understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft ecosystem).
/li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40,000 to €55,000.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level.
The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
