Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, tracking, and offshore dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Prepare cargo, containers, and logistics documentation for offshore operations.
- Manage inventory records and support logistics base and warehouse activities.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes and liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Use SAP, Excel, and logistics systems to monitor material movements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Plan daily logistics activities,



ensuring timely execution and support to offshore operations.
- Work closely with multicultural teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver efficient logistics support.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Oil & Gas, offshore construction, drilling, marine logistics, or renewable energy projects.
- Knowledge of offshore logistics, customs procedures, and material certification requirements.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel) and SAP.
- Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
