The family consists of two adults and two teenage children and maintains an active social lifestyle, frequently hosting guests for both lunch and dinner (up to 12 persons). They are seeking a professional with a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into an established household team, including a house manager and two housekeeper cooks. Isola is one of Milan’s most vibrant and fashionable areas, known for its contemporary architecture, refined dining scene, and excellent connectivity, offering a stimulating and elegant working environment.
Working as a Personal Waiter/Waitress within a private household requires discretion, impeccable presentation, and the ability to anticipate the principals’ needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for refined table service during lunch and dinner, including silver service (or willingness to undertake training to master it). The role also includes light housekeeping support in dining and living areas, maintaining tableware inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation after each service. Occasional driving duties are required, including grocery and personal shopping, garment deliveries to the tailor or dry cleaners, and school drop-offs and pick-ups.
