We offer: Hybrid model of work - 1 day per office in Mediolan Responsibilities: Act as the primary L2/L3 resolver for Salesforce incidents, issues, sub-tasks and technical activities. Analyse and resolve Salesforce issues involving Apex, Flow and LWC changes, including batch failures and production incidents. Assess managed-package updates and their potential impact on the Salesforce environment.



Deliver regular enhancements and short-term improvement items within agreed timelines. Prepare Technical Analyses, Delivery Notes, Release Notes and Bug/Incident Reports. We are looking for: Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer at Platform Developer II level or equivalent. Advanced hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, LWC and Aura. Experience with Salesforce deployment processes using Azure Dev Ops and Ant-based deployment. Practical experience with Jira and Confluence, preferably in an AMS/support environment.
