Our partner is looking for a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/PV Project Manager based in Italy. /b /ppAs a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager, you will lead client-facing safety projects that support the delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance services. /ppYou will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations, timelines, and project objectives are clearly defined and consistently managed. /ppThe role combines pharmacovigilance expertise with project leadership, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management. /ppYou will coordinate activities across project teams while ensuring deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and client requirements. /ppYour work will span important PV activities, including case processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, reconciliation, and procedural documentation. /ppYou will collaborate with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical organizations and help identify solutions to complex project challenges. /ppThis is an opportunity to contribute directly to patient safety while developing your leadership and project management expertise within an international environment. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the engagement. /liliManage client expectations and ensure services and deliverables consistently meet or exceed agreed requirements. /liliDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and priorities based on signed client agreements and established service commitments. /liliDevelop and maintain project plans, including activities, deadlines, interim milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables. /liliCoordinate project activities across relevant pharmacovigilance teams and ensure work progresses according to agreed timelines. /liliMonitor project progress, identify risks or potential delays,
and implement appropriate actions to maintain delivery. /liliPrepare regular project reports for clients and internal management, including monthly reporting used to support project oversight and invoicing. /liliProvide pharmacovigilance expertise across activities such as Individual Case Safety Report processing and quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOP preparation. /liliFacilitate project meetings and ensure actions, decisions, and follow-up activities are clearly communicated and documented. /liliSupport team members through effective planning, mentoring, problem solving, and day-to-day project leadership. /liliBuild strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven professional experience in pharmacovigilance, with demonstrated involvement in activities such as ICSR processing and quality review, aggregate report writing or contribution, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOP preparation. /liliPrevious pharmacovigilance project management experience, ideally gained within a service provider, CRO, pharmaceutical, or related environment. /liliDegree or professional background as a Healthcare Professional or graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline. /liliStrong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes, quality requirements, and the importance of accurate and timely safety data management. /liliExperience managing projects from planning through delivery, including defining scope,
