NPDI Project Manager Products and Solutions - Engineering Manager In this role you will lead end-to-end NPDI-driven product development projects from inception to launch, coordinating global and regional initiatives within the Thermal Management business. You will guide cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing and more to meet scope, schedule and cost targets. You’ll operate in a complex, international environment, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with Vertiv’s strategic priorities. Lead end-to-end project management for new product development and engineered-to-order customizations
Ensure adherence to the Corporate NPDI Process and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing, sales and leadership
Monitor project progress, budget utilization and KPIs; report to stakeholders and senior management




Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting timelines, scope or quality; implement recovery actions
Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of teamwork to meet aggressive deadlines
Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and with Engineering to validate solutions within target cost
Conduct post-launch analysis and feedback collection to drive iterative improvements
Provide resource planning input and align project objectives with company strategic priorities
Navigate complex international relationships and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency in the product development process
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project/Program Manager in a structured organization
