TECHNICAL BUYER Role The Technical Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement of components, materials and technical services required for production activities and product development.
The role will work closely with R&D;, Engineering, Production, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure material availability within the required timeframe and in compliance with the company's technical, quality and cost standards.
Responsibilities Manage the purchasing process for mechanical, electronic and electromechanical components, as well as technical materials.
Review purchase requests, technical drawings, bills of materials and product specifications.
Identify, select and qualify new suppliers in cooperation with the Technical and Quality departments.
Request and compare quotations, negotiating prices,
