We are recruiting a Service Technician to strengthen our service team in Italy. Main Responsibilities
- Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot and repair steel belts and processing equipment supplied, or serviced by IPCO. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.
- Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.
- Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO.
- Promptly prepare service reports with suitable advices to be sent to the customer.
- Apply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities.




- Act in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents.

Requirements
- Technical diploma or similar.
- Min. 1-3 years of industrial or service experience.
- Experience in TIG welding. Certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills and service minded.
- Drivers License is mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to travel (sometimes with short notice), mainly within Italy but also abroad.
