Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You will be the trusted technical partner for selected worldwide key customers, supporting them throughout the development lifecycle and helping them succeed with Infineon's latest automotive microcontroller solutions. Working closely with customers and internal experts, you will solve complex technical challenges, drive proof-of-concepts, and share your expertise through technical guidance and training.
- Support customers in early project phases, at decisive project milestones, and during escalations to help them achieve their development goals with Infineon’s latest automotive microcontrollers
- Work hands-on with customers remotely and on-site to debug complex technical issues, remove performance bottlenecks, and drive technical proof-of-concepts
- Use your application know-how and knowledge in embedded systems, to prove why our application solution is technically superior in real customer use cases
- Build and maintain a strong internal Infineon network to quickly connect customer questions with the right experts in Application Engineering, R&D;, product, and system teams
- Create clarity in ambiguous technical situations by asking the right questions, structuring findings, and driving the next steps together with customers and internal stakeholders
- Share knowledge within the distributed Application Engineering team and contribute to a supportive team culture based on curiosity, ownership, and mutual help
- Train and enable Field Application Engineers and customers in your area of technical expertise
