Il Bellevue di Cogne, in Valle d’Aosta, affacciato sui Prati di Sant’Orso, proprio dinnanzi al Gran Paradiso e al suo omonimo Parco Nazionale, non è solo un hotel, ma una notevole Casa che abbraccia la storia, la cultura e la natura delle Alpi. Dal 1925 la famiglia Jeantet-Roullet lo gestisce portando avanti la cultura dell’ospitalità, coinvolgendo oltre 90 collaboratori.
La Casa offre 39 camere uniche, ognuna arredata con mobili e oggetti antichi appartenenti alla collezione di famiglia, una Spa rigenerativa di 1.200 metri e quattro ristoranti: Le Petit Bellevue, il Ristorante Bellevue, il Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne e la Brasserie du Bon Bec. La pluripremiata Cantina vini, la Cantina formaggi, l'orto circolare e la panetteria completano la Casa, parte del circuito Relais & Châteaux.
