As a Data Operations Assistant, you will provide the foundational accuracy required for our advisory work. Our partner is a leading institutional organization currently undergoing a significant strategic review. This role is remote and requires a disciplined approach to managing the technical inputs that inform our written memoranda for board committees and chief executives.

The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the integrity and organization of the data sets used in our advisory mandates. You will work closely with our principals to ensure that every figure used in our reports is verified and traceable. The work involves significant reading and technical scrutiny of client records. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Cleaning and structuring raw data files to prepare them for detailed analysis.
- Cross-referencing claims made in corporate reports against primary data sources to identify discrepancies.




- Maintaining internal databases and ensuring that all information is correctly indexed and accessible.
- Assisting in the drafting of data-focused sections for our internal memoranda.
- Verifying the logic of calculations and assumptions provided by client teams.
- Synthesizing findings into brief, written updates for the consulting team.
- Identifying gaps in data availability and documenting the limitations of existing records.

What You Bring
We are looking for an individual who is methodical and naturally skeptical of unverified figures.
