and labeling /lili Perform cross-connects and patch panel work /lili Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues /lili Document all work with photos and detailed notes /lili Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience /lili Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber) /lili Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro) /lili Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments /lili Own transportation and ability to work on-site /lili Professional communication skills in English /lili Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) - preferred /lili Network certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - preferred /lili Experience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred /lili Familiarity with major colocation providers - preferred /lili Standard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
