/li li Introduce unique beverage concepts inspired by alpine lifestyle, Italian traditions, and wellness trends.




/li li Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality, cost control, and local partnerships.
/li li Monitor beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management to optimize profitability.
/li li Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring knowledge of mixology, wine pairing, and service etiquette.
/li li Collaborate with FB team to design beverage concepts for functions and promotions.
/li li Stay updated on global and local beverage trends, applying them to enhance guest offerings.
/li li Build strong guest relationships by engaging with customers and personalizing their experience.
/li /ul h3EXPERIENCE SKILLS /h3 ul li Proven experience as Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role.
/li li Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
/li li Background in Italian wines and European beverage trends highly desirable.
/li li Fluent in English and Italian.
/li li Knowledge of HACCP, safety, and alcohol licensing requirements.
/li li Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through beverages.
