At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. /p h3How you create impact /h3 ul liManage and perform all operational activities reliably, accurately and on-time, minimizing overdue tasks, and according to defined customer deliverables. /li liFollows the communication concept for effective communication with stakeholders. /li liMonitor shipments, follow up on all deviations, accurate and timely updates for visibility in internal systems, including financial data. /li liReview and clarify operational instructions if there are conflicts or deviations with regulatory requirements, routing, tracking and tracing, rate information, or other discrepancies. /li liPromptly report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies to the direct supervisor. /li liCollaborates with all partners/suppliers, gateway, warehouse, customs teams, and external parties as needed. /li liMonitors operational performance of carriers and other partners and escalates/create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered. /li liActive participant in process improvement identification, and implementing changes. /li liWork with Sales and Customer Care teams on account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.



/li /ul h3What we would like you to bring /h3 ul liAt least one year of experience in a similar role. /li liExcellent communication and organizational skills when dealing with stakeholders both internally and externally. /li liKnowledge of air logistics and its industry specific guidelines.
