ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, cloud services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions. /li liResponsible for guiding the company’s digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies. /li liDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of digital and technology-related agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers. /li liSupport digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. /li liAdvise on intellectual property, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues impacting digital business. /li liCollaborate with global and local Legal Integrity colleagues to ensure consistency of approach across jurisdictions. /li liMonitor legal and regulatory trends in digital and technology markets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. /li liProtect the company’s reputation by ensuring operations meet ethical and compliance standards.



/li liProvide training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal issues relevant to digital offerings. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualified lawyer with 10–15 years of experience in commercial/technology law. /li liStrong expertise in digital, AI, IT, cyber law, software licensing, cloud, data centre, and data protection law. /li liPrevious experience in Robotics sector is preferred but not required. /li liProven track record in negotiating complex technology agreements across international markets. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders. /li liPragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance innovation and risk. /li liFluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
