**Description**:
**The Role** **Surety Account** At WTW, our Surety Account oversees all portfolio management activities to achieve strategic customer service, retention and sales objectives. In this role, you will work closely with all branch colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded. Main responsibilities: - Analysis and evaluation of bond issues submitted by customers
- Knowledge of current legislation and its applicability; advice to customers
- Negotiation with the insurance market
- Analysis of market offerings and identification of the best solution for the customer
- Compliance with risk placement procedures
- Periodic customer visits
- Follow-up with accounting for backlog tracking **Qualifications**:
**The Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years experience in brokerage companies (surety sector)
- English Fluent, Level international B2
- Law or Economics degree or equivalent
