**Experience Level**: Mid to Senior About the Role We're seeking a sophisticated and engaging podcast hostess to lead our business consulting and humanitarian impact podcast. You'll be the authoritative voice that guides high-level conversations with C-suite executives, international funding experts, and humanitarian leaders, creating compelling content that bridges the worlds of business growth and social impact. Key Responsibilities
- Host and moderate podcast episodes focusing on B2B consulting strategies, international funding opportunities, and humanitarian aid initiatives
- Conduct sophisticated interviews with business executives, venture capitalists, impact investors, and humanitarian organization leaders
- Research complex business topics including market expansion, funding mechanisms, ESG initiatives, and social impact strategies
- Navigate conversations across diverse topics: from corporate growth strategies to sustainable development and humanitarian projects
- Collaborate with Alpha Business Venture's international team spanning Europe, South America, and Africa
- Maintain professional credibility when discussing high-stakes business decisions and humanitarian challenges
- Engage with our executive-level audience through strategic content and thought leadership
- Represent Alpha BV's mission of transforming business challenges into growth opportunities while creating social impact Required Qualifications
- Advanced verbal communication skills with ability to discuss complex business and humanitarian topics
- 3+ years experience in business media, corporate communications,



or executive-level interviewing
- Strong understanding of B2B consulting, venture capital, or international business operations
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research-driven interviews with C-suite executives and industry leaders
- Professional broadcasting experience with high-production value content
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Italian preferred) for international audience reach
- Cultural sensitivity for discussing humanitarian aid and social impact initiatives
- Comfortable with technical business terminology and funding mechanisms Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, business journalism, or international relations background
- Previous experience in consulting, venture capital, or humanitarian sector
- Established network within European business or social impact communities
- Experience covering ESG initiatives, sustainable development, or social entrepreneurship
