Weekend and Beyond is a contemporary apparel brand defined by mínimalism with a couture sensibility. We are seeking a skilled Womenswear Pattern Maker to join our Milan-based team, responsible for the entire womenswear wardrobe, including outerwear, tailoring, soft pieces, trousers, dresses, and jersey. You will play a key role in translating the brand’s creative vision into precise, balanced garments, ensuring excellence in fit, proportion, and construction. **Responsibilities**
- Develop accurate patterns by hand and in CAD across all womenswear categories.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product Development teams to interpret creative intent into technical solutions.
- Conduct fittings and refine patterns based on feedback to achieve perfect silhouettes and fit.
- Oversee the prototype process and provide technical guidance to the atelier.
- Maintain updated pattern and technical documentation throughout the development process.



**Requirements**: - 8-10 years of experience as a Womenswear Pattern Maker.
- Experience across all product categories is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Knowledge of CLO3D or similar 3D tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) required.
