We are looking for a **live-aboard chef** to join a private sailing holiday on a **Bali catamaran (6 cabins)** along the Amalfi Coast. **Dates**: 11-18 July **Location**: Amalfi Coast, Italy **Boat**: Bali catamaran - 6 cabins **Accommodation**:Small crew cabin in the bow of the catamaran** (simple but private) **Duties**
- Prepare **breakfast, lunch and dinner**, **not every day** (chef will have **3-4 meals off during the week**)
- Help with **grocery shopping and provisioning**: - Simple, fresh, Mediterranean-style cuisine
- Keep the galley clean and organised **Profile**
- Previous experience cooking **on boats / catamarans / yachts**: - Comfortable living on board in a **simple crew cabin**: - Easy-going, organised, discreet
- Able to work independently
- **English or French required**: - Italian **not required** **Guests**
