Web & Platform Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Web & Platform Specialist, you won’t be just another developer – you’ll be part of the technical foundation behind the digital presence of our hotel clients in South Tyrol and beyond.

You won’t simply assemble templates. You’ll take ownership of the entire web stack – from frontend development and backend logic to CMS configuration and third-party integrations.

What you can expect

We won’t throw you in at the deep end – but we will challenge you in the best possible way.

No two days are the same: one day, you might bring our graphic designers’ concepts to life; the next, you could be integrating property management systems, payment providers or other hospitality platforms.

Your responsibilities

- Deliver full-stack web solutions for our hotel clients – from implementing our design templates on the frontend to backend logic and CMS configuration
- Integrate hospitality-specific systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, payment providers and metasearch feeds
- Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) measures, including A/B testing, tracking and performance monitoring such as Core Web Vitals
- Ensure every website you deliver is accessible (WCAG-compliant), fast and reliable, and take ownership of fixing issues in your code – including in production
- Use AI-powered tools for code generation, code reviews and debugging, while collaborating closely with our Marketing, Creative and Consulting teams

What you bring

Experience matters – but what matters even more to us is your sense for clean code, your ability to think and work end-to-end, and your enthusiasm for new web technologies.





You don’t need to know everything from day one. The rest can grow with you.

What makes you a great match

- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, along with a good understanding of backend development, e.g. PHP
- Experience working with and configuring Content Management Systems (CMS) – WordPress experience is a plus
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- A good eye for design, combined with the technical skills to translate concepts into high-quality digital experiences
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Good command of German, Italian and English

Nice to have, but not essential

- Initial experience with Core Web Vitals, web accessibility (WCAG) or A/B testing
- Experience with Property Management Systems, channel managers or payment providers
- Enthusiasm for using AI tools productively in software and web development
