Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for Miele’s premium range of consumer electronics.
Assist Spanish-speaking customers with product inquiries, usage guidance, and after-sales service requirements.




Maintain a deep understanding of Miele’s innovative domestic appliances to deliver expert-level advice.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while upholding the prestige associated with the Miele brand.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product documentation and service protocols within the consumer electronics sector.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM, ensuring data integrity and follow-up excellence.
Champion customer satisfaction by delivering a personalized and professional communication experience.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven passion for technology and premium consumer electronics products.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in a remote working environment while maintaining high performance.
Fluency in English to facilitate team communication and internal training.
