Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, providing high-touch assistance to Spanish-speaking customers.
Resolve inquiries regarding automotive services, technical support, and vehicle maintenance with professional precision.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the current Mercedes-Benz vehicle lineup to provide accurate information to clients.




Ensure an exceptional customer journey by delivering tailored solutions that reflect the brand's premium automotive status.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve service standards within the automotive sector.
Record and manage customer interactions accurately in our CRM to ensure quality assurance and follow-up excellence.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in the automotive industry and high-end customer care.
Professional communication skills with the ability to handle complex, high-value inquiries.
High proficiency in English (for training and internal communication).
Previous experience in a customer-centric role is highly advantageous.
