Fratelli d'Amico Armatori is seeking a Technical Superintendent to join its Technical Department, responsible for the supervision and technical oversight of the company's tanker fleet.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the technical activities of the assigned fleet.
Carry out technical inspections on board vessels.
Monitor the condition of the Ship’s machinery and systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
Provide technical support to shipboard personnel in resolving operational and maintenance issues.
Manage planned maintenance activities and review technical documentation through the company's fleet management system.
Liaise with Masters, Chief Engineers, shipyards, classification societies, and suppliers.
Requirements




Previous seagoing experience on tanker vessels as an Engineer Officer or Chief Engineer, with relevant professional certificates, either currently valid or previously obtained.
Sound knowledge of marine engineering systems and ship maintenance practices.
Experience with the AMOS fleet management software.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to conduct onboard technical inspections across the fleet.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
