We are seeking a talented professional for the Spanish Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert position in Greece. This role sits at the intersection of technology and the critical infrastructure industry, where you will provide expert support for search engine tools that power modern digital infrastructure and communication networks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to users navigating search engine platforms within the infrastructure sector.
Ensure the integrity and reliability of digital infrastructure data through diligent troubleshooting and analysis.
Manage user inquiries regarding infrastructure-related search algorithms and product updates in Spanish.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues impacting digital infrastructure service providers.
Maintain detailed documentation of user issues to identify trends and improve infrastructure search performance.
Deliver professional and empathetic communication to maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal knowledge bases regarding global infrastructure search tools.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
A keen interest in digital infrastructure and the technology landscape.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on resolving search-related infrastructure queries.
