Key Responsibilities

Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while handling sensitive content, protecting the social media user experience.

Maintain a deep understanding of evolving social media trends and regional cultural nuances.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English for effective workplace communication.

Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced social media environment.
Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or risk management is highly valued.
