We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end rental bookings and inquiries for a prestigious travel industry client.
Provide expert consultation to Spanish-speaking travelers, ensuring seamless logistics for their journeys.
Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with a high degree of precision and customer care.
Resolve complex travel-related issues to maintain high satisfaction scores within the global travel market.




Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer rental experience from initial inquiry to vehicle return.
Process rental agreements, insurance packages, and vehicle upgrades according to company standards.
Act as a brand ambassador for our travel partner, delivering premium support in a fast-paced environment.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the EU (mandatory).
Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class travel support.
Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
