Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to Spanish-speaking clients.

Document all interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and process improvements.

Stay updated on product knowledge to provide expert assistance to our global user base.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
