Key Account Manager, Closures EMEA
Join our team and Be You Be AptarAptar is seeking a Key Account Manager for Closures EMEA. This role is esponsible for managing and growing a base of existing key accounts, along with activating new potential prospects within the region to meet revenue and profitability growth targets, developing new business through creating and applying strategies consistent with the overall segment strategy.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Manage customer relationship through:

developing strong and lasting relationships with portfolio of key accounts
ensuring regular monitoring of customer needs and issues
ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Drive business development by:

contributing to the growth of the turnover and profitability of the managed accounts
preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, contracts and renewals
active prospecting
promoting innovations
visiting customers regularly in order to maintain a close relationship

Ensure internal coordination by:

collaborating with the operational, marketing,



finance and customer service teams to ensure optimal execution of customer commitments
coordinating resolution of problems raised by customers
carrying out S&OP; with Aptar sites with the monitoring of customer forecasts

Manage performance by:

monitoring and analyzing the turnover and profitability on the perimeter by site, project and product
producing regular reports on the portfolio's activity
setting up targeted action plans to improve margins.

Education• Minimum Bachelor’s degree• Minimum five years of similar experience
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Mastery of sales techniques and customer relations• Monitoring and reporting of sales performance• Ability to develop a network of decision-makers
• Project management and cross-functional coordination• Mastery of digital tools: Power BI, C4C and SAP• Professional English (read, spoken and written)
