Job Description

As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to our quality standards.

Your tasks consist of:

- preparing ingredients yourself

- applying basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Employment Terms & Benefits

Market-rate salary between €2,510 – €3,050 gross per month

(depending on experience, according to the Hospitality CLA – scale V)
