Salary: €1,000 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 18:00
Days off: Two rotating days off per week, including one full weekend per month
Accommodation: Subsidised company-arranged room for €280 per month, including rent and utility billse

Would you like to live and work in Portugal? We are looking for Italian-speaking Content Review Advisors to join an international travel and online booking project in Porto. You will review user-generated travel reviews and images to ensure they meet the platform’s content and quality guidelines.

Our client operates a range of international travel websites, comparison platforms and mobile applications featuring user-generated content. As a Content Review Advisor, you will review travel-related submissions from users, including written reviews, photos and other images.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing incoming user-generated reviews and images
- Approving, rejecting or escalating submissions according to established guidelines
- Identifying potentially inappropriate or fraudulent content
- Checking whether reviews and images comply with the platform’s terms of use
- Reviewing content flagged by members of the online community
- Escalating complex cases to the specialist Content Moderation and Integrity Team
- Selecting suitable thumbnail images for properties listed on the travel platforms




- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and productivity

Requirements

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

- Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written
- A good command of English
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good judgement and the ability to follow detailed guidelines
- Confidence using online systems and digital tools
- The ability to work independently and consistently
- Availability to work rotating schedules, including weekends

Previous experience in customer service, content moderation, travel or online booking is an advantage but not essential.
