Senior Agentic Operations Analyst, Sales & Marketing

In this role you will identify and implement AI-driven automations within Sales & Marketing Operations to unlock value and improve workflows. You will build, deploy, and support automations, while ensuring adoption and ongoing relevance. You will act as an AI evangelist and collaborate with Revenue Operations and the field to deliver durable, production-ready solutions. The opportunity combines hands-on engineering with advisory work to shape a scalable automation foundation.

- Identify high-value AI use cases across Sales & Marketing and partner teams
- Build, deploy and support automations and agents with tangible, early wins
- Own adoption by working with users to refine and sustain implemented solutions
- Design and maintain a shared automation backbone, patterns, and evaluation harness
- Define guardrails for agent decisions and human oversight with evidence-based justification
- Act as AI evangelist to raise literacy and adoption within the function and broader teams
- Automate revenue processes including requirements drafting, data routing,



deal desk triage, and knowledge assembly
- Support enablement content, AI-driven planning, targeting, and automated reporting with BI teams
- Work within enterprise constraints (tooling, data handling, security, legal, privacy)
- Establish baselines to prove value (hours saved, adoption, utilization)
- Applied hands-on experience shipping automations used daily
- Practical work with LLMs, prompt design, and agent frameworks in production
- Python or similar scripting, API fluency, rapid user-facing delivery
- Ability to discover worthwhile use cases without a backlog xysqume
- Experience with evaluation and guardrails ensuring safe automation
- Adoption and enablement experience post go-live
- Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams without formal mandate
- Pragmatic enterprise mindset, comfortable with security reviews and approved tooling
- Sales, marketing, or internal operations literacy; Salesforce, CPQ or Marketo knowledge (preferred)
